Would you believe I basically had my ex-husband convinced to go to PEI for our honeymoon? Well, until we found out that we would have to spend far more than we had available at the time. We ended up in Jamaica.

I still can't believe that I had a MAN convinced that the home of Anne of Green Gables was the perfect place to go......and, I DID mention the book. Go figure.

That's pretty amazing! My mum gave me the Anne books when I was little, so they've been longtime favourites. She was an orphan at 7 back during the Depression, so she always related to Anne.

Damn, after looking at these, I'm pretty tempted to visit as well.

It's a massive change compared to the vast potato fields that I was expecting...
